Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Sorry, we do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.


Do you have a catalog that you can mail me?

Due to the fact that our inventory changes on a daily basis we do not have a printed catalog.

All of our items are available to view and purchase directly from our website.


How much will shipping cost for my order?

For orders under $50 standard shipping is $5 and expedited shipping is $10.

For orders over $50 standard shipping is free expedited shipping $5.


How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

The time it takes for delivery depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

We are located in Iowa and the distance you are from us is the biggest factor for shipping transit time.

Standard shipping usually takes 2-6 days while expedited shipping takes 1-4 days.

We will email you when your order is shipped.


How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email when your order is shipped.

Sometimes these automated emails can be blocked by SPAM filters.

To ensure your receive all emails simply add our domain ( to your list of friendly email contacts.


What shipping providers do you use?

We use FedEx and the US Postal Service for shipping all orders.

Standard shipping is usually USPS Parcel Post or Fed Ex Ground.

Expedited shipping is usually USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground.

The shipping provider selected depends on which shipping method you use and the weight of your order.

Please note that Fed Ex does not delivery to PO/APO/FPO addresses.


How do I track my package?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Depending on the shipping method, you will receive a FedEx tracking number or a USPS Delivery Confirmation number.

You can use that number to track your package.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, as part of our checkout process, you will have the option to select gift wrapping service for $5 per item.

We have a nice selection of gift wrap to choose from and you may also include a gift note to the recipient.


Do you sell wholesale to the public?

No, we are strictly a retailer, however we go offer a 10% discount on orders over $250

If your order is over $250 please contact us for a discount code.

Do you accept phone orders?

We prefer that you use our website to place orders yourself.

All of our products are listed on the website and it is very easy and completely safe to use.

Phone orders are entered on our website the same way you would on your computer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping (USA continental 48 states only) on orders over $50.


Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, simply fill out the billing address and the shipping address for your order when checking out.


Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/ PO Box addresses.

However if shipping to one of these addresses you must choose one of the USPS shipping options when checking out.

FedEx does not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.


Do you drop ship?

Yes we do. Simply place the order using your billing information and your customerís shipping information.

Then you can process your customerís payment separately and we will ship the order directly to your customer.

Please tell us in the comments, when checking out, if you don't want us to include an invoice with the package.


Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship one order to multiple addresses.

You will need to place a separate order for each address that you would like to ship to.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving the order.

You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us.

Any order that is refused or returned to us that is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
